Delivery Time :
- Karachi: Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
- Other cities in Pakistan: Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
- Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, sales, or unexpected courier delays.
Order Processing :
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1- 2 working days after confirmation.
You will receive your order tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges :
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Karachi: Special/low delivery rates may apply.
- Outside Karachi: Delivery charges may be slightly higher depending on the location.
Accurate Address :
Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.
If incorrect information causes a delivery failure or return, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
Delivery Confirmation :
Our courier may contact you by phone before or during delivery. Please keep your phone available so your order can be delivered successfully.
Failed Delivery :
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for resending the order may be the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery :
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders :
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos of the parcel and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
